Property Tax Appeal

Just went through it today @ 842 Bethel.  Insane bureaucrats increased our building value by $300K for absolutely no reason!  Anyhow, I presented my case so we'll see...🤞🏻

The office is located very close to the Fort Street Walmart, and today's the last day for this location.  Too many homeless and shoplifting going on, and that's the result.  The sign has been removed, and when I took a 👀 and inside is pretty much empty, despite the doors being opened and I saw people going in and out (empty handed).  I didn't see any staff inside, and whatever was in there...pretty much empty shelves...or "space" really.  Keko'a loved this Walmart because this is an odd one - mostly visited by homeless so they didn't touch those Hot Wheels merchandise!  🤣😢

Another miracle I've performed today - found moo moo's missing teddy bear jeebits (or whatever it's called for those CROCS), which she lost for almost a week, inside a Hot Wheels plastic tray in the Keahole Safeway!  😎

Will be going to Sam's Club tomorrow (we joined for only $10 birthday deal) for lunch and shopping, then head to B&N to pick up HW team transport.  Ma'e Ma'e was kinda 😡 @ Target because it reserved 2 Squishmallows Pikachu for her, instead of the Snorlax she requested!

Somehow my life evolves around Hot Wheels now.  🧐
