🇺🇸4th of July Weekend...sort of🇺🇸

Oh boy, water heater broke, and the underground drainage pipe was (and still is) clogged, thus flooded our home, and our neighbor too 😣  It's such an hassle dealing with insurance and HOA 😣...

At least we gotta stay in a hotel for a week.  Now we are waiting for estimates (and approval thereafter) to get the floor, cabinets, wall painting, etc. fix.

We went to Woodside General Store (DuckDuckGo search it) for the 4th of July weekend - it's actually NOT a long weekend this time and the day falls on a Tuesday, but well, who's counting?

Kids loved it.  Keko'a was there once from school trip, but Ma'e Ma'e was amazed by how OLD the place is, and she kept saying - there's Doc Tripp's ghost in the chair (she kept saying the chain span by itself - and I believed her!  😝)
