Awards, trophies, medals and more awards…🏆🏅

First they had their piano recital medals last month,

Now they have trophies for Silver award in Olympic Math (Keko’a) and … SURPRISINGLY … GOLD (1st place) for Ma’e Ma’e in Abacus - Advance Intermediate level.  Oh My! 🙄😲😲😲

What’s next?  Well, Keko’a had his 🎹🎼 ABRSM Grade 2 tests in early May, and guess what - DISTINCTION award (140 out 150 total points, with 100 to pass)!

Is that it?  NO!

Keko’a, another really out of our surprise kind of way, got selected for the Green Octave Honors Concert 2017!  We knew he played well, but 2 years in a roll, amongst extremely good competitors?  Well, now to think of it - his distinction in ABRSM exam - it kind of make sense.  May be our expectation from him during practice was REALLY HIGH 😉😓

Good job kids.  You 2 deserve to go home (to Maui🏖)!👏🙌👍
