Great time @ the Palo Alto Jr. Museum & Zoo
U know, for no cost, this place is really good and cool. Yeah, the zoo is small, but it has several animals! Take that, Happy Hollows and $10 admission fee + $12 parking fee. In addition to the zoo, the museum is like a mini-Children Discovery Museum @ San Jose. Sure there's no water pool or cool big machines, but everythg's hands-on, and most important of all, many of them involves playing with balls, which is what Leo loves.
Chuck-E-Cheese is like a bonus fun place for Leo. He just had a grand time there. Thx to the coupons that I got, it didn't even cost me an arm and an leg. Paid ~$30 and we got to eat and play (with 120 remaining tokens and 100 plus game tickets). Can't beat that price. Take that again, Happy Hollows.
It's my birthday yesterday. Didn't do anythg really special other than the b-day cake. It's really for Leo, as he's been yelling "birthday cake, birthday cake" constantly (there were many birthdays at his pre-school). He just loves it. In fact, he was extremely moody that night and wanted to eat nothing but birthday cake. He didn't get his wish, of 'coz. We made him eat his supper b4 the cake. He's also taking anti-biotics too, and well, we have been force feeding him since the 1st time. There has to be some way to make medication much easier for kids. Anyway, thgs are going great...got some interviews with Nissan & Oracle last/this week. Hopefully, I got the Nissan job (a longer shot since I'm in CA and they have to hire me as a remote employee). The Oracle's one is pretty cool too! Will be doing 2nd interview this week!
