The most ridiculous story ever...at least 4 now :)

So I'm getting invoices from my own company - the one that sells machines and do business with international customers (read it backwards) - asking me to pay for my health and dental benefit. I already called our employee center to have the issue resolved like 3 times already, all thx to my stupid manager who messed up the entire thg in the 1st place. Long story short, I called e.c. today, again. Talked to this guy from benefits. He told me that he has to call payroll and verify if payments had already been deducted from my paycheck (yup, they had). So he called payroll, which actually belongs to the same e.c., just another division. In fact, it's HIGHLY POSSIBLE that the person he called would be sitting right next to him, on the other side of the cubicle.

We got this lady from payroll. She said that she couldn't disclose any info. So I said that I authorized her to give the info to benefits (a yes/no answer was all we needed). I've already presented all my security password to verify that I'm indeed, ME. She still said no. So the benefit guy (same e.c.) started telling her who he was and what he needed. "Nope," she said.

We're on the phone for like 30 min (thx to the constant and repeatedly "pls hold"), and we have all 3 KEY players needed to resolve the issue, 2 from the same employee center, just diff divisions, and all 3 belong to the international company that do business by selling machines, and guess what?

0 (ZERO) accomplishment!

Looking back - that's kinda the same thg for many depts (including my own) within my company. No wonder why the company is not making any money other than from its Services...
